Space Reservations

University Relations manages several rooms on campus that university groups may use for meetings and other functions.

Steps to reserve a room through University Relations:

1. Contact Tom Hunt at 850-644-1612 or thunt@fsu.edu to confirm room availability.
2. Download the appropriate forms (to reserve the space and to request building services provide setup of tables, chairs, etc.), complete and fax to the number listed on each form.
3. Make sure you download the Policies & Guidelines form for the space you are reserving.

Please be aware that certain facilities, including the Beth Walton Moor Lounge in the Longmire Building and the Werkmeister Humanities Reading Room in Dodd Hall, are limited to use by faculty and staff and cannot be reserved by student organizations.
